He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Wilson of Athens, Amy Wilson Alexander (Christopher) of Trinity and Sommer Wilson of Moulton, Alabama; his wife Kimberly Hughes; and his brothers, Aron Carr and Asa Carr. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
