He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Waters; his children, Heath Waters (Belinda), Jason Waters (Vanessa) and Felicia Waters; his siblings, Paul Waters (Patsy) and Faye Nell Darnell; and his grandchildren, Alex Waters (Kimberly), Bayley Waters, Amberly Davis (Madison), Owen Riddle, Hayley Whitaker, ShiAnn Shannon, Brandy Shannon and Jace Waters. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
