He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sapp and Donnie Minor Sapp; and his siblings, Cathy Nelms, Leon Johnson, Carl Adair and Roger Sapp.
He is survived by: his children, Justin Sapp (Leah), Kenneth Sapp, Jr. and Crystal James (Kevin); his grandchildren, Whitlee Sapp, Ella Sapp, Houston Sapp, Morgan Sapp, Macall Sapp and Raelynn James; and his siblings, Linda Decatur, Doris Way, Melaine Nelms, James Sapp, Wendell Sapp and Denford Sapp. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Caddo Congregational Church.
