He was predeceased by: his parents, K. C. Adams and Annie Ruth Mangum Adams; and his brothers, Jay Henry "Pee Wee" Adams, James C. "Tootie" Adams and Thomas Felton "Tony" Adams.
He is survived by: his sons, Corey Adams (Mandy) and Chris Adams (Sheree); his brother K. C. Adams, Jr.; his grandchildren, Samuel Adams, Tripper Adams, Kaden Adams and Kara Adams; and his former wife Pamela Gail Adams.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations be made to Centerwell Home Health or Hospice of North Alabama.
