He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Otis Hogue and Dessie Mae Brooks Hogue; and his wife Eunice Hogue. He is survived by: his children, Steven Harold, Linda Friel (Charles) and Gloria Patrick (David); and his sisters, Shirley Hope and Carolyn Allen. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren 16 great grandchildren.
