He was predeceased by: his wife Cora Lee Kirby Bailey; and his sons, Randy Bailey and Jimmy Dale Bailey. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ashley Chad Drane and Amanda Victoria Caitlin Drane; his great grandchild Zoey Lee Bailey; his daughter Betty Jo Drane; his grandchildren, Jeffery Dale Bailey, Jason Bailey (Kandy), Jamie Lee Bailey (Heather), Bambi Bailey (Lonnie), Jessica Bailey, Katy Drane and Ted Zaragosa (Bridget); his great grandchildren, Lizzy, Jake, Rayne, Hannah, Aubrie, Winston, Krista, Skye, Grayson, Tinlee, Briar-Rose and Addy; his brothers, Luther Bailey (Deb) and A. V. Bailey (Doris Ann); and his brother-in-law Glen Kirby.
