He was predeceased by: his father Willard Irwin Waters, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Jimmie Faye Waters (Terry); and his siblings, Willard "J. R." Waters, Jr. and Sharon Engle (Scott). He is also survived by his nephews and great-nephews.
