She was predeceased by: her husband Lincoln Kirk Proctor; and her brother Edward Clark. She is survived by: her children, Eddie Wayne Hughes, William Dean Hughes (Deb) and Barbara Morgan Huey (Dion); her sister Besty Kell; and her grandchildren, Chris Morgan, Tim Morgan, Daniel Hughes, Laura Hughes, Megan Pitts, Tiffany Hughes, Dewanna Pate Gunter and John Kirk Proctor.
