He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Frye; his daughter Jacquelyn Johnson; and his grandson Jimmy Johnson. He is survived by: his brother L. J. Frye; his nephews, Dana Byerley, Zane Frye, Boyd Cantrell, Bruce Knight, Kendal Knight and Danny Eads; his daughter Emma Jean King; and his grandchildren, Heather King Rasnake, Tony Johnson, Deborah Bomar, Stephanie Sparks and Cynthia Johnson. He is also survived by son 12 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren.
