He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Maggie Thomas, Walter W. Thomas, Thelma Dollar Lowe and Clarence Lowe. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Thomas Lowe; his siblings, Lynn Lowe and Priscilla Lowe; his nephews, Koty and Jacob Lowe; his niece Holly Lowe; his great-nephew Mason; and his great-nieces, Kylie and Madi. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
