She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos J. Welborn and Mavis P. Welborn. She is survived by: her husband Billy Chambers; her daughters, Amanda Weaver (Russell), Mistie Jett (James) and Maegan Anderson (Craig); her grandsons, Matthew Weaver, Brayden Jett and Gage Anderson; and her siblings, Glenn Welborn, Brad Welborn, Barbara Evans and Carolyn McKinney (Tim). She is also survived by five nieces and three nephews.
