He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia Quinn; his children, Billy Quinn (Cathy) and April Quinn Lutz; his siblings, Kenneth Quinn (Kim), Mikel Quinn (Marie), Mark Quinn (Charlene), Joyce Humphries (Ed), Sharon Humphryes (Ricky) and Sheila Fondren (Wallace); and his grandchildren, Brady Quinn and Breanna Quinn Brasher (Travis). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and many friends.
