He is survived by: his daughter Lacey Lee Shelby; his grandchildren, Parker, Tanner and Carter; his mother Barbara McClellan; his brothers, Wayne Leslie and Phillip Leslie (Angie); and his nephews, Samuel and Zach Leslie.
