It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Stewart Tyson of Toxey, Alabama, born in Gilbertown, Alabama, who passed away on February 24, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Esley Stewart and Louise Anderson Stewart; her husband Barber Ray Tyson; her son Brian Brooks; her siblings, Mary Helen Presley, Danny Esley Stewart and Johnny Dale Stewart; and her grandchild Kolleen Brooks.
She is survived by: her son Scotty Brooks (Bridget); her grandchildren, Tyler Kelly, Nathaniel Koen, Trevor Brooks (Jordan), Amanda Brooks, Zach Hoven, Annabelle Brooks and Aaron Brooks; her great grandchildren, Laikynn Turner, Peyton Brooks, Blakelyn Brooks and Bryan "Lane" Brooks; and her sisters, Sandra Cox, Wanda Presley (Mitchell) and Donna Todd (David).
