He is survived by: his daughter Kay Heath; his siblings, Leon NeSmith and Betty Hall (Wayne); his grandchildren, Steven Henslee, James Henson and Tonya Heath; his great grandchildren, Carly Young (Daniel), Jordan Henson (Kayla), Rachel Henslee, Katie Ann Henslee, Dylan Lay and Olivia Heath; and his great great grandchildren, Hadley Young and Hudson Young.
