He is survived by: his sons, Roy Lynn Pendley (Mary) and Phillip Melvin Pendley (Kelly); his brothers, Tim Pendley and Lemon Pendley; his granddaughter Hannah Parker (Steton); and his great grandchildren, Cylus Parker, Calister Parker and Copeland Parker.
