She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles L. Foster and Carrie O. Foster; her husband Freddie James Garner; her siblings, Mildred Fields of Chicago, Marion Key of Cleveland, Edwena (Wilbert Watkins) of Hillsboro, Alabama, Rev. Curtis Foster (Delores) of Hillsboro and Rev. Samuel Foster (Janice) of Athens, Alabama; her children, Frederick Garner (Gina), Michael Garner, Reginald Garner (Darleen) and Sabrina Garner–Lopez (Julian); her grandchildren, Karissa, Nadine, Diana, Frederick Jr. and Jenay; and also Linda "Diane" Lipsomb. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
