He is survived by: his wife Martha Sue Lee Smith; his children, Thomas Lee Smith Jr. (Regina) of Rogersville, AL and Lori Pace of Town Creek, AL.; his brothers, Fred Smith (Sandra) and Jim (Lou) of Hartselle, AL.; and his brother-in-law William Lee III (Pat) of Town Creek, AL.
