He is survived by: his wife Barbara Manning Earls; his children, Joe Earls, Angie Rylant and Janice; and his stepchildren, Joe Anderson (Elena), Jeff Anderson, Sharon Bolling (Tim) and Karen Garrison. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
