He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Terrell; and his brothers, Edwin Terrell, Bobby Terrell, David Terrell, Donnie Terrell and Neil Terrell.
He is survived by: his children, Stevie Terrell, Paul Terrell, Jr. (Kristi), Mechelle Loosier (Russ) and Theresa Cottingham (Derrick Parrish); and his brother Ronnie Terrell. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
