He is survived by: his mother Bertha Noe; his children, Jennifer Noe and Karmon Noe; his grandchild Kamryn; his brother Jeff Noe (Tammy); and his stepchildren, Shannon Hardyman (Matthew), Christian Gilley, Latasha Gilley (Tush) and Edward Harden.
