He was predeceased by: his father Henry Webster Childress (Web). He is survived by: his mother Sandra Childress; his brother David W. Childress (Jerilynn); his nephew Garrett A. Childress (Ashley); and his aunts and uncles, Robert Stanley Childress (Ann), Marvinell Lemmond (Sherman), Brenda Sue Jackson, Billy Larry Childress, Bryant Norton (Shirley), Roger Norton (Linda) and Sue Mardis.
