She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Vandiver and Bertha Vandiver; and her siblings, Freddy Vandiver and Pat Edwards (Terry). She is survived by: her husband Rayburn Grimes; her children, Vicki Odell, Jason Grimes (Melissa) and Amy Comer (Jason); her grandchildren, Kristi Odell, Katie, Maranda Comer, Dustin Grimes (Becky) and Kayla Brewer; her great grandchildren, Jace Hester and Yavanna Grimes; and her sister Estelle Mansell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, or any foster care program.
