She was predeceased by: her parents, Travis Clyde and Mildred Lowery Berryman; and her husband Willard A. Newton. She is survived by: her sons, Vance Newton (Carmellia) and Tyron Newton; her grandchildren, Austin Will Newton (Anna) and Mallory Grace Newton; her great grandchild Caroline Anne Newton; her sister-in-law Doris Terry; and her sisters, Deborah Davis (Jimmy) and Nancy Blankenship (Ronnie). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lawrence Funeral Home (12950 AL-157, Moulton, AL 35650). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 4:15 PM to 4:45 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Providence Church Cemetery Fund.
