She is survived by: her husband Coy Kerby; her children, Amanda Smith (Scottie), Holly Knighten (Harold) and Chris Kerby (Tasha); her grandchildren, Chelsey Smith, Brenton Knighten, Hailey Smith, Jackson Knighten, Cade Kerby and Carson Kerby; and her sister Kucera Kerby (Stevie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Big Oak Ranch of Gadsden, Alabama.
