She is survived by: her husband LeRoy Smith; her children, Eddie Alexander (Elisa) and Lee Smith; her siblings, Pat Underwood (McCoy) and Glenda Mullican (Andrew); her grandchildren, Rush, Mackenzie Kaylee (Dustin), C. J., Chase, Evan, Emily and Zane; and her great grandchildren, Tyson, Koen, Hannah Cate and Beckham. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
