He is survived by: his wife Diane Hames Couch; his daughters, Christi Couch and Patricia Couch Hillis (Peedie); his son-in-law Matthew Hillis (Scotty); his daughter Elizabeth Couch Smith; his son-in-law Jeremy Smith; his daughter Katy Couch Johnson; his son-in-law BJ Johnson; his children, Samantha Whitaker and Joe Whitaker; his daughter-in-law Andrea Whitaker; his siblings, Debbie (Couch), Billy Couch Jr. (Lisa) and Bobby Couch (Jessie); and his grandchildren, Michael Hillis, Shelby Ivey, Devin Clader, Marqus Dunn and Kirsten Whitaker.
