She is survived by: her husband Henry "Coach" Phillips; her children, Pam Gill (Tony) and Greg Childers (Penny); her grandchildren, Haley Whaley (Kevin), Craig Childers (Jessie), Andrew Gill and Adam Gill (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Kyler Whaley, Ethan Gill and Addison Gill; and her siblings, Dorothy Lawler, G. L. Miller (Pat), Larry Miller (Sandra), Byron Miller (Patti) and Joyce Jean (Bobby).
