She was predeceased by: her father James "Jim" Green. She is survived by: her mother Betty Sue Lovelady Green; her husband Wendell Shields, Jr.; her children, Chris Allen (Christina) and Kayla Allen; her stepdaughters, Chealsee Shields, Courtney Chismar and Samantha Shields; her grandchildren, Zaylen Scott, Emily Donaldson, Isabella Porchowsky, Ali-Ray Scott, Gavin Donaldson, Aislin Little, Jaidyn Allen and Betty Sue Green; her sister Donna Alexander Yancey (Charlie); and her niece Julie Wilson.
