He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Wilbanks and Mattie Wilbanks. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wilbanks; his children, Karen Hicks (Joey), Misty Grantham (Kevin), Joy Wilbanks, William Wilbanks, Jr. (Casey) and Krishna Wilbanks (Matthew); his stepchildren, Pansy Maxwell (Richard), Yvette Eldridge (Carl) and Allen Roper (Sharon); and his brother Roy Wilbanks. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 step grandchildren.
