He is survived by: his children, Wesley Klint Evett, Leslie Sue Polacheck, Ashley Danielle Evett, Deanna Raye Knox, Amanda Gail Knox and Laura Beth Knox; his mother Linda Sue Evett; and his brothers, Tony Glen Evett and Barry Alan Evett. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
