She is survived by: her husband Floyd Houk Sr.; her children, Connie Boyett (Doug), David Houk and Gary Houk; and her grandchildren, Doug Boyett Jr. (Ashley), Kelly Maddox (Matt), Tyler Houk, Cody Houk, Brandon Houk and Josh Houk. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving friends and family members.
