It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Lanford of Toney, Alabama, who passed away on October 4, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ronald Lanford; her parents, Henry Willard Alexander and Hattie Mae Carter Alexander; her son Michael Lanford (Shannon); her grandchildren, James Lanford (Ashley) and Christine Kruse (Mike); her nieces, Catherine Thompson (Brad) and Daphine Womack; and her nephew Lakin Womack (Emily). She was also cherished by five great-grandchildren and several other nieces, nephews, and friends.
