He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles David and Agnes Frank; his wife Janet Frank; his daughters, Donna Peterson and Teri Aftab; and his siblings, Jerry, Pokey, Bernard, Dorothy and Annie.

He is survived by: his children, Rick Frank (Tina) of Pulaski and Marie Simpson of Hazel Green; his sisters, Nita Dufour of Huntsville, Martha Conklin of Florida and Linda Spangenburg of Union Grove, AL.; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Jenny, Melissa, Amy, Ricky, Sophia, Saira, Samina, Allie, Shane, Christina and Bo. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
