He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Hollingsworth and Helen Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Smith Hollingsworth; his daughter Callie Lusk (Dean); his grandchildren, Nelson Lusk (Lauren) and Alaina Lusk; and his sister Trenna Larson (Arlyn). He is also survived by several nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
