He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Travis and Annie Whitt Travis. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hallmark Travis; his daughters, Elizabeth Perkins (Chris) and Sonia Lola Jean Buckner; his grandchildren, Thomas Michael Jacob Bearden, Grover Nathaniel Barnett and Stephen Dale Barnett; and his sister Juanita Travis.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hazel Green Funeral Home (13921 US-231, Hazel Green, AL 35750). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
