He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Thomas, Katherine Kelly, Ellis and Cora Lee Smith; and his brother William Timothy Kelly.
He is survived by: his parents, William Kenneth and Elizabeth Ann Kelly; his siblings, Leann Renae Kelly Mabe (James), Philip Andrew Kelly and James Matthew Kelly; his nieces and nephews, Hannah, Tabitha, Landon, Jaxton, Braden, Cailynn and Andrew; and his great-nephew Bryston.
