He was predeceased by: his son Kirby. He is survived by: his wife Mauvlenn Bradford; his sons, Rick, Mike, Kevin and Mel, Jr.; his grandchildren, Amy, Adam, Alyssa, Ashley, Melissa, Daniel and Kevin David; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Will and Kase.
