It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Janice Byrd of Toney, Alabama, born in Anniston, Alabama, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Barto B White and Alma Lucille Folds White of Anniston, Alabama.. She is survived by: her husband John William Byrd; her daughter Monica Leigh Byrd; her grandchildren, Isabella Marie Williams and Mason Alexander Byrd of Toney, Alabama; and her sisters, Beverly Ann White Bentley of Anniston, Alabama, Barbara Sue White Clements of Anniston, Alabama and Elizabeth Louise White Smith of Anniston, Alabama. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family requests memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her honor.
