Blankenship and Lena Thornton Blankenship; her husband Dewey Hulsey; and her siblings, Euwin Blankenship, James Blankenship, John Blankenship, Billy Blankenship, Irene Tuck, Inez Deihl, Ruth Dorning, Wilma Andrews, Alda Slayton, Mary Sanderson and Covei Blankenship.
She is survived by: her son Joe Hulsey (Marla); her grandchildren, Brandy Hulsey Hatfield (Jason) and Heath Hulsey (Lydia); and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Miles Hatfield and Adalynn Grace Hulsey. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces and their families, caregivers, Annette "Nadine" Underwood and Brenda "Nadine" Hamm, postal co-workers of 54 years and many, many friends.
