He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Jacobs; his children, Steve Jacobs (Kathy), Karl Jacobs (Martha), Susan Jacobs and Karen Carter (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jenna Jones (Shawn), Justin Jacobs (Andi), Alison Bivens, Laurel James (Aaron), Emilee Grace Siniard (Seth) and Karlee Pugh (Damian); his great grandchildren, Avery, Parker Jones, Harper, Carter Jacobs, Logan, Bryce Bivens, Judson Stewart, Ella, Andrew James, Leighton and Lofton Siniard; and his brothers, Earl Jacobs (Margaret) and Franklin Jacobs (Maxine).
