He was predeceased by: his mother Teresa Moreno Ovalle; his stepfather Emillio Ovalle; and his brother Patricio Rivera. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Lerma, Eric Lerma, Rebecca Lerma Walrath and Jon Lerma; and his brothers, Milo Lerma, Lupe Moreno and Manuel Lopez. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
