She was predeceased by: her husband James Salamon Sr.; her son Wayne Salamon; and her parents, Augustine Schrift and Marion Schrift. She is survived by: her children, James Salamon Jr. of The Colony, Kathy Burrow of Lacey, Debby Wetterau of Dickson and Ted Salamon of Toney; her siblings, Louella Penrod of Ohio, John Schrift of Ohio and Grace Christina of Pennsylvania; and also Spring. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Joan wished donations be made to Hospice Care Huntsville, who were very helpful to Joan and her family during the past few weeks.
