He was predeceased by: his brother Douglas Shannon Wilbanks; and his father Earl Raymond Wilbanks Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann Wilbanks; his children, Trevor Raymond Wilbanks and Sharra Marie Wilbanks; his mother Marie Yvonne Wilbanks; and his siblings, Earl Raymond "Ray" Wilbanks Jr. and Wanda Yvonne Wilbanks.
