He is survived by: his wife Hazel Marshall Meeks; his children, Dena Yell (Brian) and Keith Meeks; his granddaughters, Briana Swaim (Justin) and Bailee Yell; his great grandchild Brinlee Swaim of Toney, Alabama.; and his brothers, Larry Meeks (Geraldine) and Kenneth Meeks (Joyce) of Fayetteville, TN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hazel Green Funeral Home (13921 US-231 #8651, Hazel Green, AL 35750). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Concord Cemetery.
