He was predeceased by: his son Mark Neeley; his parents, John W. Neeley and Arnie P. Neeley; and his sister Doris Nunn. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Neeley; his children, Pamela Hawkins, Ashley Crews (Stephanie), Denette Neeley, Yvette Smallwood, Harold Neeley, Jr., John C. Neeley and Joshua Neeley (Amber); and his siblings, Barbara Neeley, Judy Reid, Myra Sue Neeley, Nancy Kolasa, Dorothy Sparks (Kenneth) and Aaron "Mike" Neeley. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
