He is survived by: his wife Billie Rose Clem; his daughters, Donna Rigsby (Tom) of Jefferson, GA and Rhonda Walker (Shea) of Toney, AL; his grandchildren, Heather Stechly (Danny) of Lawrenceville, GA, Hannah Johnston (Austin) of Bethlehem, GA and Benjamin Rigsby (Emily) of Commerce, GA; his daughters, Cheyenne Walker and Makayla Walker; his great grandchildren, Oakley Stechly and Rhett Stechly; and his siblings, Vernon Clem of Tullahoma, TN and Virginia Mae Lynch of Fayetteville, TN.. He is also survived by Papa to his grandkids.
