She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard Self and Nora Lou Johnson Self; and her siblings, Buck Self and Gena Parker. She is survived by: her husband Ray Brown of Toney, AL; her children, John David Brown (Sonja) of Cash Point, TN and Mickey Brown (Derek) of Athens, AL; her siblings, John Self of Cleveland, TN and Joy "Tootie" Shook of Cleveland, TN; her grandchildren, Wesley Brown of Ardmore, TN, Laken Sneed (Brandon), Tristan Brown and Damian Beasley (Morgan); and her great grandchildren, Owen Sneed and Nova Beasley.
