He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Kaeo; his daughter Oaklyn Louise; his parents, Barbara Tate and Anthony Smith; his brother-in-law Benjamin Kaeo; his aunt Betty Hughes; and his uncles, Robert Tate and Rodger Tate. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
