He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Booth and Nancy Booth. He is survived by: his wife Betty Booth (Caperton); his daughters, Christa Eastman (Frank) of Huntsville, AL and Melissa Heeter (Joe) of Pleasant View, TN; and his siblings, Jewell Belcher of Verdunville, WV, Gail Marcum of Dingess, WV, Rev. Curtis Booth of Lenore, WV and Rev. Arlon Booth of Lancaster, OH. He is also survived by five grandchildren, five bonus grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
